POLICIES

Free Delivery On Orders Over $1000.00

All tent rentals INCLUDE set up on grass, takedown and removal. Orders totaling $1000.00+ will be DELIVERED FREE to anywhere within Volusia County, Florida. There is a $80 charge for delivery of orders totaling less than $1000.00. Rental equipment may also be picked up by appointment at our warehouse.

Reservation & Security Deposit

Advance reservations are recommended. A reservation/security deposit equal to 50% of the rental fee, or $100, whichever is greater, is required to secure your order and assure the return of rented items. Deposits may be paid by Cash, Check, MasterCard or Visa. See Order Cancellations and Deposit Refunds for important details.

Deposits paid by credit card will incur a 3% refund charge to cover the bank processing fees.

Order Cancellations & Reductions
Equipment that is reserved but not wanted can not be rented to someone else at the last minute. Order cancellations and/or reductions are therefore subject to a restocking fee as follows:
30+ Days notice	15% of cancelled rental fee.
29 Days or less notice	50% of cancelled rental fee.
Delivery day notice	100% of cancelled rental fee.

Deposit Refunds

Deposits, less any fees, will be refunded by U.S. mail, or to your credit card account, after all rented equipment is returned in good order AND all payments made by check have cleared the bank (allow 10 working days).
Deposits paid by credit card will incur a 3% refund charge to cover the bank processing fees.
Pick up crews DO NOT make on-site deposit returns.

General Policies

Equipment may be delivered and set up in advance and picked up after the actual rental date/s. Charges will only be for the rental date/s.

We ask that you have the following items ready on the day of delivery:

A responsible adult with a valid Florida driver's license to accept the order.
Any remaining rental or deposit fees that are due. Cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Personal checks require a valid license of the person signing the check.

Note any damage or shortage with our driver at the time of delivery. A charge will be added for all items that are missing, damaged or broken upon pick up.

Deliveries (chairs, tables, etc.) are made to a dock, door or garage that is immediately accessible to a truck. Equipment is to be stacked and ready to pick up in the same place it is delivered
